In New York on 12-13 November, the United Nations Institute for Disarmament Research (UNIDIR) will convene the expert seminar entitled “Preventing Terrorists from Acquiring Weapons: Examining Options to Operationalize United Nations Security Council Resolution 2370”. At this high-level expert seminar, senior researcher Nils Duquet will present the findings of Project SAFTE on terrorist access to firearms in Europe.
