This publication contains a detailed description of regulations and administrative practices for controlling the transit of strategic goods in the Flemish Region of Belgium, Germany, France, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. For the five national regimes investigated, the description of the legal framework at national level is supplemented in each case with relevant aspects of administrative practice.
