UN Day Flanders

On October 21th CIFAL Flanders UNITAR and the United Nations Association Flanders Belgium (VVN) are organising the UN Day Flanders. This event reflects on the progress that is made on the Sustainable Development Goals in Flanders and on the challenges of the United Nations for the upcoming years. Several breakout sessions are organised. Researcher Diederik Cops will be contributing to a lecture on The role of Flanders in nuclear disarmament. Also the 74th anniversary of the United Nations and the start of UN week are celebrated.
