Advice concerning the international declaration on Flanders Fields

As an integral part of the commemoration of the centenary of the First World War, the Flemish authorities, in concert with like-minded foreign partners, intend to sign the International Declaration on Flanders Fields, which calls on all states to uphold the memory of ‘the Great War’.
