The workshop “Arms Exports, Due Diligence & Corporate Liability. State-Industry Nexus and Its Legal Implications” invites some of the prominent experts in the field of corporate due diligence and its implications and relevance for the defence industry and explores two broad themes: state-industry nexus and hard-soft law continuity. Our researcher Diederik Cops will chair the panel session in which dr. Machiko Kanetake and prof. dr. Cedric Ryngaert will present the main conclusions of the study that was commissioned by the Flemish Peace Institute on corporate due diligence in the defence sector.
