Participation of Nils Duquet in panel discussion during the side event “Addressing the increasing links between arms trafficking and other forms of organized crime” organized by the Government of Mexico together with The Global Initiative against Transnational Organized Crime. This panel will take a deeper look at how firearms play a central role in enabling violent crimes and enhance the power of criminal organizations. This event is held on the margins of the Eleventh session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime (UNTOC).
