Lecture on the proliferation of small arms and light weapons (dir. Nils Duquet)

On 14 November director Nils Duquet will give a lecture on “The proliferation of small arms and light weapons” at a seminar on “instability factors” as part of the Higher Studies Security and Defence. These studies are organised annually by the Royal Higher Institute for Defence with the support of the Royal Institute for International Relations – Egmont. The participants are high-level officers or civilians from the Ministry of Defence, high-level civil servants from different government agencies and participants from civil society, the business world, academia and international organisations.
