On April 7th the International Centre for Counter-Terrorism – The Hague (ICCT) will launch a new research report on the use of small arms and light weapons for terrorist financing in the Middle East and West Africa. During this briefing, director Nils Duquet will join the panel discussion, looking closer into  the results of this study and the implications of the findings for Europe.
