On 23 September director Nils Duquet will give a presentation in Porto on the research findings of Project DIVERT .  Nils will elaborate on the diversion of firearms through theft, non-regularization and fraud in Europe. This presentation is part of the CEPOL course “Legal, strategic and operational aspects of firearms trafficking”.
