Afghanistan: 20 years after 9/11

On October 15th, the Jean Monnet Network on EU Counter-terrorism (EUCTER) will host the online event “Afghanistan: 20 years after 9/11”. This event will look, among other topics, at future challenges for counter-terrorism cooperation.

Our researcher Annelies Pauwels will present an analysis of the possible impact of the withdrawal from Afghanistan on rightwing extremism in European armed forces, a theme she explored earlier in this opinion piece.
